About The Bowen Technique
The Bowen technique is one of the most effective and versatile physical treatments available.
Following an initial review and assessment of the clients musculoskeletal systems to identify issues, the therapist will work on specific areas of the body to address pain, inflamation or dysfunction. Appropriate gentle but focussed Bowen techniques on skin will be used to gently stimulate specific muscles and connective tissues to prompt and assist the body to reset and repair.
In many cases, clients often report experience of pain relief, improvement of movement and function and recovery of energy within a very short period of time. Often this is accompanied by a feeling of lightness and wellbeing.
